We offer a full Mixed Martial Arts curriculum for our Kids program! That means our kids program will encompass Jiu Jitsu, Grappling, Kickboxing, and Mixed Martial Arts.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is one of the most effective and popular martial arts in the world. With jiu jitsu you gain confidence, learn “the secrets” to ground fighting, build a strong body, and work your flexibility. You will practice with partners on the mat learning to control, and submit even much bigger and stronger opponents from any position you may find yourself on the ground.
Mixed Martial Arts
Mixed martial arts (commonly referred to as MMA) is a combat sport in which two competitors attempt to defeat each other by potentially utilizing a wide variety of fighting techniques, including striking and grappling. This is where you combine the best from all martial arts including Kickboxing, Boxing, Wrestling and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. You will learn to defend yourself on your feet, on the ground and control your opponent in all areas! This is the program you've been looking for to take your combat sports training to another level.
Muay Thai
This class is for men and women to learn the proper way to deliver and defend against punches, kicks, knees and elbows while you improve your cardio and lose weight in the right way.
Capoeira
Capoeira is a traditional Brazilian Martial Arts based on dancing and fighting. This sport will dramatically increase your cardio and agility while having a great time. |
